Archeological Museum of Goa

One of the most renowned museums of the state of Goa. It is located in old Goa. This museum came into existence in the year 1964 because of the initiative taken by the Archeological Survey of India (ASI). Earlier this museum was convent of St Francis of Assisi.

Goa State Museum

This museum is famous for its wealthy collection of ancient Goan sculptures and arts. The collection that is treasured in this museum is talks a lot about the precious heritage of the Goa state.
